Gastrointestinal Archetype
Your gut keeps the score — and the receipts.
The Sensitive Gut reacts to food, stress, travel, even weather. Most diets make it worse. The fix is rebuilding the barrier, not removing more foods.
You probably notice
The everyday signs.
- Bloated within an hour of eating
- Unpredictable bowel habits
- Foods you 'used to be fine with' now trigger you
- Skin breakouts, brain fog, or mood dips after meals
- You've tried elimination diets and feel more sensitive, not less
Underneath, it's usually
The root pattern.
- Increased intestinal permeability ('leaky gut')
- Dysbiosis — wrong microbes in the wrong ratios
- Low stomach acid or pancreatic enzyme output
- Vagus nerve under-toned by chronic stress
The science
What's actually happening.
A healthy gut lining is one cell thick — it's both your nutrient gateway and your firewall. Under stress, antibiotics, ultra-processed food, and inflammation, the seams loosen. Particles cross that shouldn't, the immune system overreacts, and your 'food sensitivities' multiply. Rebuilding the lining and reseeding the right microbes restores tolerance.
Your starter stack
Built for the Sensitive Gut.
Each ingredient is chosen for what your archetype is actually short on — not the trending hashtag of the week.

GI Revive
7.9 oz (224 g) powderIntestinal permeability support — a soothing blend of L-glutamine, slippery elm, marshmallow, and aloe to support gut barrier integrity and bowel regularity.†

ProbioMed 50
30 vegetarian capsulesShelf-stable, dairy-free probiotic with 10 researched strains — supports a healthy gut, microbiome balance, and everyday digestive comfort.†

Digestzymes
90 capsulesBroad-spectrum digestive enzymes with Betaine HCl — supports comfortable breakdown of proteins, fats, dairy, and gluten at meals.†
Daily rhythm
Do these.
- Chew each bite until it's liquid — digestion starts in the mouth
- 5 slow breaths before eating to wake the vagus nerve
- Bone broth or fermented food daily
- Avoid drinking large volumes of water with meals (dilutes acid)
Quiet sabotage
Stop these.
- Reflexive elimination of more foods
- Daily NSAIDs (ibuprofen) — they damage the lining
- Sugar alcohols (sorbitol, mannitol) if FODMAP-sensitive
I'd cut down to 12 'safe' foods. Six weeks on the protocol, I'm eating salads and sourdough again without dreading the afternoon.

Common questions.
Can I retake the quiz later?+
Yes. Renu Membership ($9/month) lets you retake the quiz anytime — as often as you'd like — so you can recalibrate your stack as your biology shifts. Your first 7 days are free with any report purchase.
Do I need to do an elimination diet first?+
Usually no. The stack is designed to expand tolerance, not narrow it further. The full report sequences foods to reintroduce.
Will probiotics make me bloat at first?+
Sometimes for the first 3–5 days. We recommend ramping the dose — your report includes the schedule.
Is this the same as SIBO?+
SIBO is one possible driver. Your full report walks through how to identify it and what changes if you have it.
What's the difference between leaky gut and IBS?+
IBS is a symptom label. Leaky gut (increased intestinal permeability) is one of the mechanisms behind it, along with dysbiosis and visceral hypersensitivity. The protocol targets the mechanism, not the label.
Should I take probiotics or prebiotics first?+
Probiotics first for a Sensitive Gut. Prebiotic fibers can flare an irritated lining. The report sequences both with the right strains for your pattern.
Can I heal my gut without giving up gluten or dairy?+
Often yes. Tolerance returns as the barrier heals. Many members reintroduce sourdough, hard cheese, and fermented dairy by week 8. Highly processed wheat and ultra-sweet yogurts remain irritants.
How long does it take to heal the gut lining?+
Symptom relief in 2–4 weeks. Full barrier turnover takes 8–12 weeks because the gut lining rebuilds every 3–5 days but the deeper repair compounds.
Is bone broth actually necessary?+
Helpful, not essential. It supplies glycine, glutamine, and collagen peptides — the same building blocks in the stack. A daily cup speeds repair; the supplements cover you if you skip it.
Will a stool test (GI-MAP, Viome) tell me more?+
Sometimes. Tests are most useful when symptoms don't budge after 6 weeks on the protocol. Your report explains which test to run and how to interpret it.
Can stress alone cause a sensitive gut?+
Yes. Chronic stress thins the mucus layer, loosens tight junctions, and shifts microbial balance within days. Vagus-nerve work in the protocol addresses this directly.
