Subscription Policy.
Last updated: June 9, 2026. This policy explains what your Renu membership includes, how billing works, and how to cancel.
1. What Your Membership Includes
Your $9/month Renu Nutrition membership grants you access to a recurring, members-only promo code for use at Designs for Health. This promo code provides a discount on supplement orders placed through the Designs for Health website. Renu Nutrition does not sell, ship, or fulfill supplement products directly. All product orders, shipping, returns, and customer service inquiries related to supplements are handled solely by Designs for Health.
2. Promo Code Mechanics
The members-only promo code is stackable with most Designs for Health sales and promotions, unless otherwise stated by Designs for Health. Promo code availability, discount amount, and stacking eligibility are subject to change at any time based on Designs for Health's terms. Renu Nutrition does not control Designs for Health's pricing, promotions, or order fulfillment.
3. Billing Terms
Membership fees are charged monthly on the date you signed up (your "billing date"). Your membership auto-renews every month until cancelled. If your billing date falls on a date that does not exist in a given month (e.g., the 31st), you will be charged on the last day of that month. All charges are billed to the payment method on file. Failure to process payment may result in suspension or cancellation of your membership and promo code access.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time through the same channel you used to sign up — your Renu Nutrition account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to your promo code and membership benefits until the end of that cycle. After cancellation, your promo code will no longer be valid, and you will not be charged again. No partial-month refunds are provided.
5. Refunds
All membership fees are final. We do not offer refunds or partial refunds for any billing cycle that has already started or completed. If you cancel, your membership remains active and your promo code valid through the end of the current billing period, after which no further charges will occur.
6. Price Changes
Renu Nutrition reserves the right to change the membership price at any time. If we increase the $9/month fee, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance via the email address associated with your account. The new price will take effect on your next billing date after the 30-day notice period. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel before the change takes effect.
7. Partnership Contingency
Renu Nutrition's membership program depends on our affiliate / practitioner relationship with Designs for Health. If this partnership ends for any reason — including but not limited to Designs for Health terminating practitioner accounts, changing their affiliate program, or ceasing operations — Renu Nutrition may need to suspend, modify, or terminate the membership program. In such an event, we will notify all active members as soon as reasonably possible. Members will retain access through the end of their current billing cycle, after which the membership and promo code will be discontinued. No refunds will be issued for partnership-related discontinuation beyond the remaining active billing period.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this subscription policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of your membership after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
